Chocolate Strawberry Frosty

This is a recipe that I often do at my Vitamix demos.  Wish I could take credit for this amazing recipe, but it was taught to me. Since I get asked about it all the time, I figured I would share! If you can successfully get your children to eat ice cream every day, you can successfully get them to eat their veggies!

Here’s the recipe:

chocicecream1 Chocolate Strawberry Frosty

This version was made with dark chocolate rather than hot chocolate mix. Use whatever chocolate is in your house! Chips, bars, protein powder – whatever form of chocolate is in your home right now is the right one!

Chocolate Strawberry Frosty

1 cup French Vanilla Coffee Creamer

(or almond milk, soymilk, half & half, coconut milk, etc.)

1 Roma Tomato

1/2 Avocado

handful of baby carrots

handful of fresh spinach

1/4 cup hot cocoa mix

8-10 Frozen Strawberries

1 1/2 cups Ice

Blend on High for 1 minute or use FROZEN DESSERTS setting

I love the idea of vegetarianism, just not for me! I'm not ready to give up my steak or my bacon! But all things in moderation. I'm only ever going to be SortaHealthy!
